Jiuyi’s technicians have specialized technical methods to improve the wear resistance of sandblasting pipes. By using high wear-resistant rubber formulas, such as NR/SBR combination, composite materials and high wear-resistant NR,etc. You can also increase the inner corner thickness,4 mm for ordinary inner rubber and 6-8 mm for high wear resistance. The carbon black system can also be optimized to improve the wear resistance index and stretchability. These can help the sandblasting pipe have higher wear resistance.
